The Support Team
The majority of our support staff have been with us for more than 5 years, with a number for longer than 10 years. We are proud of this fact and it also allows Orthosports to provide a more streamlined and less stressful environment to treat our patients.
Our friendly receptionists have all had a number of years experience in a variety of different practice settings, which means they have a full understanding of the workings of the health system. A number of them also speak a second language which is very helpful for a number of our patients.
We are mindful of the bewilderment people often feel when told that they require surgery. At each office we have a highly trained receptionist dedicated to the hospital admission process for our surgical patients. Once the need for surgery has been determined, they will organise your hospital admission and assist and advise you on how best to handle the sometimes complex health system process.
To ensure that patient treatment is as trouble and stress free as possible, we have an experienced practice administrator at each site. This assists us with the day to day running of the site and helps handle the more time-consuming issues that inevitably arise with many doctors, patients, hospitals and staff. This leaves the surgeons and physicians free to focus on the treatment of our patients.
